In just a year and a half, La Tape is already the usual place for the residents of the San Bernardo neighborhood. Santa Barbara Brewery

The brewery that draws the best beer in all of Madrid. How do they do that? It's a secret. What was a 19th century gathering place has become one of the undisputed beer bars in the capital. What they do tell us is the perfect technique for pouring the beer: moisten the glass to achieve the perfect temperature, bring the glass 45 degrees closer to the spout of the tap, open the tap and let the beer fall over the wall of the glass and of course Let it sit for a few seconds until the foam disappears.
